If you use our form
We collect what you type in (your name, contact details and what your firm does) to reply and arrange your free check. Filling it in is optional. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
If we contact you first
We hold your firm's business contact details, its directors' names and its public reviews, from public sources such as Companies House, your website and trade directories. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering businesses a relevant service. Reply "stop" at any time and we will stop, keeping only your details on a do-not-contact list.
Storage and your rights
Your data is held by Netlify (our website form) and Google (our email), which may store it outside the UK under recognised safeguards. We delete it 12 months after our last contact. You can ask to see, correct, delete or limit it, or object to our use of it, by emailing hello@trueandlevel.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
